dnscrypt-proxy module points at non-existing manpage

Issue description

man configuration.nix contains

services.dnscrypt-proxy.extraArgs
           Additional command-line arguments passed verbatim to the daemon. See dnscrypt-proxy(8) for details.

           Type: list of strings

, but there is no man page available.

No manual entry for dnscrypt-proxy in section 8

You have to install the dnscrypt-proxy package for the man page to be available. You can also find it here: https://www.mankier.com/8/dnscrypt-proxy.

@dotlambda You should not close this issue, because it is a bug. If a module documents something, it should deliver on that.

Either the documentation should include the string You need to add dnscrypt-proxy to your environment.systemPackages for the man page to be available. or the module should be fixed to put dnscrypt-proxy into environment.systemPackages.

I see the above two as resolutions to this problem. There might be other resolutions, but closing this issue is not one of them. It's not productive to close valid bugs.
