Nikola copy read-only files from nix-store and fails then overwriting them

Issue description

The developers don't want to fix it in the software. getnikola/nikola#2962

Both 1970 dates and invalid permissions are caused by NixOS being crazy, not Nikola.

Would there be any way for us to fix that?

Steps to reproduce

You can build my website for example:

git clone https://github.com/davidak/davidak.de.git
cd davidak.de
nix run '((import <nixpkgs> {}).python3.withPackages (ps: with ps; [Nikola micawber]))'
nikola build

Then edit something in the Markdown files in pages/ or posts/ and run last command again. See also linked issue for output.
