Module request for private cache proxy

Issue description

A NixOS module which would setup https://nixos.wiki/wiki/FAQ/Private_Cache_Proxy in a way that it doesn't block other services would be great (i.e. a module which composes).

You could use the nginx module and set up a virtualHost with that config inside.
Due to the merging behaviour of nixos modules, this will work, even if you already defined
nginx somewhere else. (Unless a virtualHost called cache.arianvp.me) already exists
