Konsole scrollbar width

Issue description

Try to see the tiny scrollbar on the right. I would like to be able to see a scrollbar which is at least 3.5 times wider.

Steps to reproduce

I don't recall having changed the defaults, but I use Plasma5 and this is a screenshot of Konsole.

Via the standard UI, for breeze it's possible to change it to a maximum of 30px (which is still low on a high res screen).

Can you post your configuration? Is konsole a system package or user package? (qt version conflict. see also #38870)

I don think it'll apply here but other graphical issues have been resolved by

1. logging out
2. deleting ~/.cache
3. logging back in

I already delete cache files automatically at every deploy and I did your other steps. I only use systemPackages for UI stuff. This seems a Plasma5 upstream bug (because why would you have a maximum scrollwidth that's so low?

The default width of Konsole is much wider in the meantime. Closing.
