Font settings on Plasma5 have no effect

Issue description

Changing fonts in System Settings in Plasma 5 desktop seems to have no effect on my NixOS unstable system.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the dialog: Application Launcher -> System Settings -> Fonts
2. Adjust some fonts
3. Apply the changes
