Issue description

no $out/lib/libnetpbm.so

fix

Add

ln -s libnetpbm.so.11 $out/lib/libnetpbm.so

to installPhase

For some reason netpbm is installing the symlink to $prefix/sharedlib. Will be fixed by #81063
