19.09 Rescuetime doesn't start

Describe the bug

qt.qpa.plugin: Could not find the Qt platform plugin "xcb" in ""
This application failed to start because no Qt platform plugin could be initialized. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. use 19.09 channel
2. Install rescuetime
3. try to start it

Expected behavior
The application should start without problems.
