Add hooks for snapshots in tarsnap

Describe the bug
Currently tarsnap assumes that I want to have a backup of live system. However it would be nice to have a hooks to:

• Create snapshot of zfs/btrfs
• Replace paths to snapshot with non-snapshot ones (-s)
