Now compatible with sites using Ultimate Member for profiles and member directories:

• increased priority of Cat Avatar get_avatar hook to give higher priority than ultimate member
• widened check for user custom photo, to allow any photo in uploads directory, since Ultimate Member and other different profile plugins use their own different directories for user profiles.
