Instead of showing users and loading more as they scroll, just have a search textbox that'll load "user cards".

Possibly have a dedicated method to retrieve a user's "card", so we don't have to call getUserData or getUserFields with a bunch of fields? Such a method could be used elsewhere on the site...

I think seeing latest users top posters etc is useful in the admin section as well. We can make the search tab the first default tab maybe.
