  • If top post is deleted and purged, and it happens to be the only post in the topic, the topic should be deleted
  • If there are other posts in the topic, the post can only be deleted, not purged.

if we can't purge the OP, we should be able to purge the topic as a whole.

That seems like a breach of privilege to me. An unpopular topic could be instantly wiped out if OP wished it...

oh, I was referring to admin privileges. I didn't realize this post was referring to permissions specifically available to the OP user.
