I notice this quite a lot. I'm replying to a thread. (I have "don't scroll to my own post", and "pagination" active, BTW).
The last post in the thread is, let's say, post 10.
I reply and hit post. My reply streams in right below post 10.
BUT WAIT! It isn't post 11. It's post 13.
If I refresh the page, posts 11 and 12 are now there, between 10 (the last post), and 13 (my post).
Can all new replies stream in OnReply?

I wasn't aware that post streaming was disabled when the composer was open... is this related to the page break as well?
Sorry, something went wrong.
We stop sending new replies after 5 minutes of inactivity, maybe that is why you don't get the new replies.
