Logging in only partially affects other tabs

• Exact steps to cause this issue
  1. While logged out, open two tabs to the forum.
  2. In the first tab, log in.
  3. In the second tab, browse to /recent, /unread, or a category page without leaving the page.
  4. The "create topic" button should be visible in the second tab. Attempt to create a new topic.
• What you expected
  • NodeBB would notice it loaded a page as a logged-in user even though it thought it was logged out and reconnect to the websocket.
• What happened instead
  •
