Swap topic title and user in digest emails

In the new digest emails, which look great by the way, each entry starts with a username as the "primary" title and the topic as "secondary."

To me (and maybe it's just me) this seems backwards. I would think the most important thing would be the title of the topic. The thing that makes people want to click on it in the first place.

My suggestion would be to swap the two or move the topic title above the avatar and username

I'll likely make this change manually myself but I kinda prefer to keep current with the templates and leave them unchanged.

Anyway, if you don't like the idea, feel free to close this.
