Feature Request: Moving permissions of topics for localised moderators

Hello,

Would it be possible to adjust permissions for "localised" moderators (that being moderators of just say a specific category and not a global moderator) so that they can only move topics to other locations where they have moderator access and not all categories they have access to?

Example:

We run a gaming community where groups of people form teams that play with each other and against other teams, we set up categories for these groups and give the leaders of said groups, moderator access of those specific categories to maintain them as they wish.

We noticed that these moderators can move topics from these locations to any category they have permission to view topics and would prefer that they could only do it to other locations they are currently a moderator on.
