My pull request related to this (NorESMhub/cime#6) is already merged. I think order of input data servers is reasonable now.

Dear Alok actually, if would be good to add Anna Lewinschal's recent commits to the old noresm-dev featureCESM2.1.0 branch for tetralith specific machine settings. These are: 1. metno/noresm-dev@8399003 2. metno/noresm-dev@8636f4d 3. metno/noresm-dev@8b5a10d (Note that the 3. modifies 2.) Would you have time to do this? no problem if not, please just let me know and I will do it. Thanks & best regards Thomas

well that's what I would do. I imagine there is some amazing git-voodoo way of making the exact same commits directly in the NorESMhub repository but I don't know it and would not dare to try. (I still prefer to punch and store my own batches of punchcards).
