On a specific irc Network, none of Participants are shown on the #channel

On a native #Kosovo IRC network which I use there is an issue that none of Participants shows up until they do change their nicknames or do PM me, Image of issue https://imagez.to/i/bgPGENlf.png,

The crazy part is that the channel name is reported back as both "#knaqu" and "#KnaQu", which trips Mojo-IRC.
