I agree that your re-formulation is better, but please emphasize more that this only applies to Rudder servers on Ubuntu and that if your server is on any other operating system this is not a problem.

Aside from my one comment, this looks great and is highly needed. However, like #124, I see no reason to publish this only on master, and not let users of currently supported versions benefit. Please re-target to the oldest supported version or the current ESR version. |
