Rudder plugin v2.1 for Rundeck 3.3.18-20220118+

This release of the plugins only update to Rundeck v3.3.18-20220118 API to avoid CVE-2021-39133 and CVE-2021-39132.
It is compatible with all version of Rudder 6.x and above.
