Options pane chops off "Visual Studio" and checkbox is misaligned

Worked before? If so, with which NuGet version: Possibly the recent bug fix is not in this build? @jebriede

Repro steps and/or sample project

1. Set screen resolution to 3240x2160
2. Open NuGet PM UI.
3. Press Settings Icon
4. Open the General section of the options dialog.
5. Observe that a checkbox ends with "Visual" (missing "Studio") and the checkbox alignment is off.

Not a bug anymore, we just haven't inserted into dev17 yet. I checked and confirmed the bugfix in question still hasn't made it.
