PM UI can’t show distinguishable background color between selected and hovered package sources #9538

Details about Problem

NuGet version: NuGet Client Dev\5.7.0.6598
VS Version: Master\30029.156
OS: Windows-10-Enterprise-RS5

Detailed repro steps

  1. Launch VS with any color theme (Blue/Blue (Extra Contrast)/Dark/Light) and create a Console App (.NET Core) template.
  2. Open the PM UI, click the arrow-down button of “Package source” drop down list and hover on another source (not the selected).

Expected

The background color between selected and hovered package sources should be distinguishable.

Actual

PM UI can’t show distinguishable background color between selected and hovered package sources as below screenshot.

Notes

  1. Move from internal bug 753473.
  2. It's not a regression bug because it did repro on D16.0stg\28417.107.
