Consider combinations of: luceneQuery, prerelease, semVerLevel, ignoreFilter, skip, take

q=id:{id} version:{version}&ignoreFilter=true&semVerLevel=1.0.0 may behave differently between Azure Search and old search. This is okay because gallery always sends semVerLevel=2.0.0.
