List of deprecated modules on 11.0

Hello all,

Following #397 , i suggest a list of modules that should be not ported from 9.0, alongside with #398 and #399

Can you review, please and we should make PR's so the modules to not appear anymore in future branches.

That's not the case, as 11.0 branch is now empty. Just comment on the migration issue for removing from the list, but don't open another issue.

i agree, but since 10.0 is already populated, i don't know if everybody will follow https://github.com/OCA/maintainer-tools/wiki/Migration-to-version-11.0, that's why i made an issue on 11 as well.

The procedure is the same for all: comment on the issue and (for <= v11), make a PR removing the modules. If someone doesn't follow the guide (which is referenced on each issue), then a reviewer can remind him/her about that.
