Gracias por el PR, Hugo. Utiliza por favor la forma habitual de las reglas multi-compañía con el operador child_of (https://github.com/odoo/odoo/blob/716ceede16a810e09c9d53f7f641826a34d276eb/addons/sale/security/sale_security.xml#L71) En este caso, la parte de company_id = False se puede omitir.
