Is the Transifex secret wrong? |

Not a clue. I just copied the latest file from MQT and deleted comments. |

Then don't change it and leave it the other. |

Why? The template should provide the most up to date version for the config. |

The template doesn't have any problem. The problem is that you have changed the Transifex secure line, which is specific for each project.
