MakeFunctionCall

MakeFunctionCall does MORE than MakeCustomFunctionCall. So, it's enough and safe to change using MakeCustomFunctionCall?

I have trouble seeing why HandleNullPropagation check is needed in custom functions. Do you know of a use case where this could be used for custom functions?
