Hi there,
There are missing ancestors in concept_ancestor table and mapping to ATC and Ingredient for the following concept_id:
36410322
36410282

36410282 3 ML insulin degludec 100 UNT/ML Injectable Solution Drug RxNorm Extension Quant Clinical Drug S OMOP3102324
36410322 3 ML insulin degludec 100 UNT/ML Injectable Solution [Tresiba] by Novo Nordisk Drug RxNorm Extension Marketed Product S OMOP3102364

Thanks for reporting!
Unfortunately, it's a bug in the RxNorm Extension script.
Here is the forum post with some details.

It's very likely that the ATC issue is caused by the same RxNorm/RxE problem, but it needs additional investigation.
@aostropolets Can you please check?

Quoting the forum:
The problem is missing links/attributes in the RxNorm Extension Standard concepts that are being lost (and not replaced by the RxNorm equivalents) during the process of RxNorm Extension to RxNorm ingredient replacement.

@ekorchmar I know you know it, but let's document it:
The ingredient is not the only case. Some others (e.g., ​36410316) are linked to ingredients, but not linked to the respective form since 36409557 was replaced by 1356056.

ATC inherit the problem and should be rerun once RxNorm/RxE are fixed.
