Criteria for a particular type of contract #7

The two questions which are only related to service contracts: could they somehow be show to CA only if the procurement is about services? I do not know but having them on the list may confuse CAs.

We agree. Some questions should be conditional, based on previous answers.

In eCertis we already started to select the scope of a criterion. It is exactly to get rid of this "For service/supply/works contracts". The CA would on the start page select the scope and then only the relevant would be shown.

We will implement it from eCertis to ESPD service in the course of next year. Because the ESPD service will be created dynamically through eCertis. Would it be ok to have this middle of next year?

In the ESPDRequest, the CA will be able to select the object of the contract from a list:

Later on, in Part IV (Selection criteria), several criteria will or will not be displayed, depending on the selected object or type of the contract.
