23. Criteria for a particular type of contract

There are several criteria in the ESPD that apply only to a particular type of contract (works, supplies or services).

In e-Certis, these criteria and the type of contract they apply to should be provided.

The CA must be able to provide the type or object of the contract from a list in Part I (Information concerning the procurement procedure and the contracting authority or contracting entity) of the ESPDRequest. Later on, in part IV (Selection criteria), the criteria that do not apply to the selected type of contract should not be displayed.

In the list below there's a list of the criteria that should be displayed depending on the object of the contract previously selected by the CA.

In section A: “Suitability”:

• The criterion “For service contracts: authorisation of particular organisation needed” should be displayed only if the object of the contract selected by the CA is “Provision of services”. The current name should be replaced by “Authorisation of particular organisation needed”.
• The criterion “For service contracts: membership of particular organisation needed” should be displayed only if the object of the contract selected by the CA is “Provision of services”. The current name should be replaced by “Membership of particular organisation needed”.

In section C: “Technical and professional ability”:

• The criterion “For works contracts: performance of works of the specified type” should be displayed only if the object of the contract selected by the CA is “Execution of works”. The current name should be replaced by “Performance of works of the specified type”.
• The criterion “For supply contracts: performance of deliveries of the specified type” should be displayed only if the object of the contract selected by the CA is “Supply of products”. The current name should be replaced by “Performance of deliveries of the specified type”.
• The criterion “For service contracts: performance of services of the specified type” should be displayed only if the object of the contract selected by the CA is “Provision of services”. The current name should be replaced by “Performance of services of the specified type”.
• The criterion “For works contracts: technicians or technical bodies to carry out the work” should be displayed only if the object of the contract selected by the CA is “Execution of works”. The current name should be replaced by “Technicians or technical bodies to carry out the work”.
• The criterion “For supply contracts: samples, descriptions or photographs without certification of authenticity” should be displayed only if the object of the contract selected by the CA is “Supply of products”. The current name should be replaced by “Samples, descriptions or photographs without certification of authenticity”.
• The criterion “For supply contracts: samples, descriptions or photographs with certification of authenticity” should be displayed only if the object of the contract selected by the CA is “Supply of products”. The current name should be replaced by “Samples, descriptions or photographs with certification of authenticity”.
• The criterion “For supply contracts: certificates by quality control institutes” should be displayed only if the object of the contract selected by the CA is “Supply of products”. The current name should be replaced by “Certificates by quality control institutes”.
