Found #4897. Doesn't seem to be a recent regression (reproducible with 3.14.0). Update: caused by incompatible Xen version.

Note on StMM tests: StMM was built from edk2 tag edk2-stable202108 [1] with gcc-7.3, gcc-9.2 and gcc-11.0.1 (issue found with gcc-10.2, not investigated further). Test also requires u-boot v2021.10 (see OP-TEE/manifest#206) and some extra config switches in OP-TEE and U-Boot to enable StMM and RPMB support.
