When importing Eclipse Summary file directly, "Create Summary Plots When Importing Eclipse Case" is done even if this is turn off in the "Edit/Preferences/Summary" settings.

If the "Default Vector Selection Filter" is left blank, ResInsight freezes.

Currently creates plot automatically when summary data is imported, not when eclipse case is imported. The option should turn off automatically creating plots for both.
