Bugs with contour map lines

(v2020.10.0) See attached screenshots relating to contour plots.

1. When 'Show Contour Labels' is set to off, the labels are still shown
2. When 'Smooth Contour Lines' is set to on, contour lines are not shown
3. The contour label format is now fixed to scientific; it should match the legend format

RE point #2 'Smooth Contour Lines' issue, I think this occurs when the Sample Spacing Factor is > 1

Unable to reproduce 2) contour lines not visible. Tested on various data sets and values and sample space factors.

RE point #2, it is interesting that this occurs in some models but not all. Although occurs in my Eclipse loaded cases, it is also seen some simple Ascii loaded cases. See attached test model, including .rsp project and screenshots of the DEPTH contour plot with and without smoothing. Hope this gives you a defined target to track this down.
