Some links still have "problems" but I suspect is because the link checker is a robot, and those pages do not accept robots.
My editor automatically removes the spaces at the end of a line,
A couple of files had a lot of spaces at the end lines, so as it was going to be a large change anyway, I reformatted the paragraphs to be 80 chars long.
