Added GeoMOOSE information sheet, only letter format

Review:

• geoomoose logo is pixelated, will need to ask for original SVG or trace
• osgeo proejct logo is pixelated (sad)
• logo is at the top of the page, rather than bottom right corner
• letter sized!

I am a bit uncomfortable printing like this.

Additional review:

• As a canadian I under stand that moose are rather big, but the first sentence uses the word LARGE three times.

BEFORE:

GeoMoose has a number of strengths including modularity, configurability, and delivers a number of core functionalities in its packages. GeoMoose is also very light weight for servers making it easy to handle a large number of users, with a large number of layers, and a large number of services without stressing a server.

AFTER:

GeoMoose delivers a number of core functionalities in its packages and is highly modular and configurable. GeoMoose a lightweight application making it easy for a server to handle a large number of users, services, and layers efficiently and without undue server load.
