Yes. By default, dataflex stores a maximum of 2Gb of data. So, depending on the number of meetings where you use Speaker Queue you may need to upgrade to full dataflex or setup multiple instances in different teams so you can use additional space.
Meeting extensibility experiences during meetings are still not supported for Teams web. You can only use Teams web to setup meetings (set/change the meeting organizer, create and view topics), but to manage or view the queue during meetings, please use the Teams client instead.
By default Power Apps publishes power apps created in a specific team to all its members. But to leverage meetings extensibility, please use the app you created (editing the manifest). You can easily note the difference observing the icon of the app.
Speaker Queue is a meeting app, it needs to be installed into a meeting invite. If you install the app in a channel tab, chat or team it will not work correctly. Please be aware that if the app is installed in the wrong place, an error message is presented. Please install the app in meeting invites so you can use it correctly.

I’m trying to setup Speaker Queue in my invite and there is no + button to include a new app. What do I need to do?
You need to create the meeting invite, include at least one participant, and send it. Then you can come back to edit the invite and you will see the + button available.
At this moment only English is available. However, Speaker Queue is a Power Apps based template, you can edit it and change the labels to your language.
