We have a GitHub bot that automatically merges some PRs. It will merge yours immediately if certain criteria are met:

• The build passes.

• If matching on email address, the email address is the one publicly listed on your GitHub profile.

I think the link you added is no longer working. It's also best no to include links on EIPs because it is meant to be self-sufficient because links often times lo longer exist in the future.

Moreover, I see that on official EIPs repository, the issue has been closed and the admin has requested to re-open (kind of re-create) manually in the ERC repository ethereum#7017 (comment)

Would you @Oli-art like to do that OR would you give permission to community members to do it on your behalf (referencing the EIP as a history) to proceed with it further?
