Can't add system.net to intellisense

Issue Description

I tried installing C# extension into vscode, which required .net, so I followed the instructions to download that, then I tried adding the System.Net reference using dotnet add package System.Net -n and now I get this output in the OmniSharp log (which may have been there to start with) and the system.net reference is not showing up in the intellisense.
