Does not seem to be fully working for some reason. - I've got to move onto other tasks, so just going to throw this partial work out there.

Based off much of the work of #148.
For whatever reason, though, my version doesn't appear to be resuming the music correctly. I either implemented it wrong, or my version of SDL_mixer or libmobplug don't support it.
