Remove the column use_amount from tab_event_changed_XXX_molecules.
At the moment it is always set to 1, and I cannot imagine any scenario, where the concentration and not the amount of a molecule should be changed.

(in the very unlikely case, that the concentration formula of a molecule amount should be changed: it still could be realized via the modification of the Concentration - parameter )
