…veral GNSS systems. Rename GPS > GNSS

SignalK will implement NMEA0183 to signalK parse for xxGSV sentences. Functions to receive these in OCPN added.
Change from "GPS" to "GNSS" at all labels on the Dashboard instruments.
Show all seen GNSS satellite system in the status graph. Add a GNSS system label with a count of satellites for that system. View each received system for 15 seconds in a repeated sequence.
