Kubernetes is the most popular and well-known container orchestrator system. Currently we only have docker-compose files which is helpful for the local development scenario. But for production environment, we need Kubernetes scripts.

feat(deployment): Initial deployment script (#178)

To deploy the eSchool application we are using Istio service mesh. For now I am only providing sample deployment script, which is not production ready. 

Closes #146
