Describe the bug
The game uses all available CPU that my computer is not using, even in menus.
Happens in both Win 10 and 7 of the same computer.
This causes issues like overheating. (it's an AMD...)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Run the game
  2. Open task manager, and check details tab

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
The game uses less than 95% of CPU, especially in lighter areas like menus.

Environment and game (please complete the following information):

  • Game version Release Candidate 1 Windows (Aug 24)
  • Operating System: Windows 7, 10
  • CPU model AMD A4-9120 APU (laptop)
  • GPU model Radeon R3 Graphics

Additional context
Sometimes the game has delayed controls (input lag) in laggy areas like Havana forest. Restarting fixes this for a while.
I've had this issue since I first played. (beta 3?)
If neccesary, I can try to borrow a computer to see if the same issue happens there.

I can report that this also happens on the Steam Deck with the current linux version, it will max out the CPU making the thing heat up. At least the workaround there is the built in TDP limit, you can cap it from 15W all the way down to 3W and the game still runs perfectly well 99% of the time - up it to 5W and it's flawless.
