This looks like it hadn't been updated since the switch to `$FF` and away from individual set commands for features.
This looks like something that was needed by the wifi interface build process before it was switched to webpack, but is no longer needed.
They are part of `TEMPERATURE_MONITORING_NY` (not yet), and `$SO` code has actually been completely removed. Running `$GO` on my OpenEVSE unit returns `$NK`.

I also removed an old build configuration file that is no longer used since switching to webpack, as far as I can tell.
