Remove dependencies on libunique, libgnomeui and libglade2

So far I haven't managed to perform the same automatic restart on sudden death as was possible with libgnomeui. In theory it also uses libSM, but my attempts to do it have failed. (They can be found here - https://github.com/pyhalov/nwam-manager/tree/libunique).
Another issue is dependency on libglade2 - it is an obsolete library and should not be used, but we use some custom libglade handler to generate treeview at

nwam-manager/capplet/main.c

, and it has no easy translation to gtkbuilder.
