Blocked on Support arbitrarily nested profiles #537
Should prompt between flight sim and sim racing on first run.
Perhaps start with center + left + right views
Possibly a different quick start

In #541 I've gone for "Kneeboard" vs "Overlays" mode; that's probably a better way to put this.
