LENA is released at 2th quarter for the first time. The features released are below.

was-compile
✅ build scripts for compiling web server.
✅ GitHub Action(Container) for Compilation of Web Servers by OS(Centos7, Centos8).
was-core
✅ Web Server Monitoring Utility (mod-cmx)
was-dist
✅ Package install file for Linux

2nd half
