N2 should show auto_ivc

Summary of Issue

The N2 currently hides auto_ivc and displays auto_ivc-sourced variables as if they are unconnected. This hides an issue where some not-explicitly-connected inputs should be connected to the same auto_ivc output. Instead of seeing the lack of a common source, this information is hidden from the user.

Description

The N2 should show the auto_ivc component and its outputs.
Output names of the auto_ivc should display as the user-addressable promoted name of the input, rather than the internal name used by the auto_ivc.
