Description

Same way as it presents now USER_TEMPLATE/ERROR and TEMPLATE/SCHED_ACTION/MESSAGE errors, USER_TEMPLATE/SCHED_MESSAGE should be also displayed

Use case

Allow Scheduling information to reach the end-user.
