Truncate support for AR reservations

It's not possible to change the end of an AR reservation. To prevent IP's from being "locked up" inside an AR it would be nice to have the possibility to "truncate" the AR reservation up to the extent of the last lease (or an abitrary number not conflicting with used leases).
