autoEdit 1.0.9 release notes 

This version is backwards compatible with previous pre-releases from 1.0.3, 1.0.41.0.5,   1.0.61.0.7,1.0.8 .

   - For clean uninstall use app cleaner, this will delete transcriptions you might already have in the app. 

  -  To keep previous transcriptions and make use of new functionalities for 1.0.9.This is only possible if you are  running 1.0.3, 1.0.4, 1.0.51.0.6 or  1.0.7 , 1.0.8  you can just follow regular instructions for installing and drag and drop in applications folder to replace the app. This will keep any transcriptions you currently have in there. 

 When you drag and drop in application folder and chose replace.


Bug fixes and improvements 

  • Re-arranged UI for New transcription view
  • Re-arranged UI for settings page.

New features

  • Added Korean language support for IBM Watson.
  • Added Speechmatics as STT service, with 28 languages, see user manual for more details. Note that at the moment speechmatics will send you an email to confirm every successful transcription. Working on making this optional.
  • Made Linux version, autoEdit2-1.0.9-x86_64.AppImage below Continuous build pre-release to download. And see user manual for more details on installation
  • OSX version: autoEdit2-1.0.9.dmg or autoEdit2-1.0.9-mac.zip file.
